TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Upon booking, client agrees to pay 100% of the total cost of the service(s). If the participant is no-call, no-show to their scheduled appointment, they forfeit their full payment even if service(s) are rescheduled to a later date, and will be required to submit another deposit upon re-booking. A no-call/no-show for pre-paid services or services booked with gift cards is subject to the same terms and will result in forfeiture of the balance.

 

For packages, if the client cancels their appointment up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, they may reschedule ONCE. For a package of 5, this means the client may reschedule only one session should the need arise. Additional cancellations will result in the forfeiture of services from the remaining balance of sessions in the package.

 

Cash and card are the only accepted methods of payment; checks are not permissible. You will be asked to provide a card to keep on file even if you are paying with cash. Booking an appointment indicates your agreement to this policy and your card on file can be used for fees. For all fees stated, your card on file will be automatically charged and you will be provided notice of the charge. Client is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the convenience of using a card to pay for services, and outstanding fees must be paid before you’re allowed to schedule a new appointment. All pre-paid services including packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse services without having to provide justification for doing so. With that in mind, Willowlight Therapies does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, ability, or socioeconomic status.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you're up to 15 minute late to your scheduled services, you will receive a shortened service as we are not able to provide the full duration of your scheduled service in most instances.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service, you will forfeit your appointment and are responsible for full payment of the service scheduled as stipulated by the terms above.

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
